If you have been reading Bread Milk Digital for some time, you will have noticed that retro style digital marketing (that is, mixing old favourites with new technology) is really taking off. The reason for this, is that using familiar content that is considered ‘retro’ , ‘vintage’ or ‘old school’, holds instant appeal to an audience.
Here is a retro classic, Joe Cocker’s With a Little Help From My Friends, with a similar twist. It’s a highly entertaining adaptation of Cocker’s Woodstock performance – it seems that Joe may have had a little help from not only his friends before he went onstage!

If you’re looking for something a little different for your next online campaign, and have access to some retro footage or imagery from company’s marketing archives, perhaps you could adapt a similar technique?
